The draft provides for new payments, financial incentives, and conditions for receiving a deferral after discharge from service.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> He wrote about this in <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/oleksiihoncharenko\/54618\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Telegram<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p> According to Honcharenko, draft contracts previously announced by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov have begun to be sent to the military.<\/p>\n<p> The project proposes to introduce a new matrix of payments and financial support for military personnel. In particular, for privates, a basic monthly payment of 30 thousand hryvnias is envisaged.<\/p>\n<p> The document also mentions additional payments:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> annual fee for concluding a contract \u2014 27 thousand hryvnias;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> monthly additional payment for signing the contract \u2014 10 thousand hryvnias;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> payment for taking the enemy prisoner \u2014 250 thousand hryvnias;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> payment for the destruction of the enemy &#8211; 25 thousand hryvnias;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> payment for capturing positions \u2014 40 thousand hryvnias per day;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> payment for restoring positions \u2014 20 thousand hryvnias per day;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Payment for performing tasks on the front line is 8.7 thousand hryvnias per day.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> According to Honcharenko, a 1-year contract is offered only for active military personnel serving in combat companies. At the same time, contracts for a period of 2 years or more are planned to be allowed for all categories of military personnel and citizens.<\/p>\n<p> Also, according to him, it is proposed to conclude contracts in 3 stages. The first stage concerns servicemen of the main combat units, in particular mechanized, motorized infantry, assault, airborne assault units, marines, and Special Operations Forces.<\/p>\n<p> The second stage will concern other units of combat military units, as well as units of the Navy, Air Force, Air Defense, Aviation, Air Defense, and Air Defense Forces.<\/p>\n<p> At the third stage, according to the deputy, contracts are planned to be concluded with servicemen of military command bodies, logistics and medical units, CCC and SP, military educational institutions and other structures.<\/p>\n<p> Separately, the project provides for the possibility of receiving a deferment from mobilization after discharge for servicemen who have signed a contract for a period of 2 years or more. According to Honcharenko, a mechanism is proposed under which 1 month of combat missions will provide 3 months of deferment from mobilization.<\/p>\n<p> Previously, the relevant committee of the Verkhovna Rada supported the amendments to the Budget Code <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/komitet-rady-proponuie-spriamuvaty-viyskovyy-zbir-na-zarplaty-viyskovym\/\">relating to the military levy and recommended that the parliament adopt the draft law immediately in its entirety.<\/a><\/p>\n<p> Recall that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/pidvyshchennia-zarplat-ta-novi-umovy-sluzhby-zelenskyy-anonsuvav-reformu-v-armii\/\">Ukraine is starting an army reform that should change approaches to the financial support of the military,<\/a> the contract system, and the organization of service. The first changes are expected in June.<\/p>\n<p> As reported, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, issued <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/na-peredoviy-ne-bilshe-dvokh-misiatsiv-syrskyy-pidpysav-nakaz-pro-rotatsii\/\">an order introducing mandatory rotation of servicemen at frontline positions<\/a> .
