Military personnel can receive up to 10 calendar days of leave with the preservation of financial support and additional travel time.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This was reported <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/OVKCHUA\/posts\/pfbid0spugCX5is13fEQURFdvscaZ6Puq4ckNerQZ9T3UW4S18CywonNrZDvuXHVcNmjrxl\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">by the press service<\/a> of the Chernivtsi Regional CCC.<\/p>\n<p> The CCC explained that the legislation guarantees the right of servicemen to be with their families in critical life situations. The decision to grant such leave is made by the commander, taking into account the circumstances and the combat situation.<\/p>\n<p> The main reasons for taking leave for family reasons include:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> marriage of a military serviceman;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> serious health condition of close relatives;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> death of family members;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> a natural disaster that affected a family or property;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> other exceptional circumstances where the presence of a military person is necessary.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> The notice states that the duration of the vacation is up to 10 calendar days. Travel time is also added &#8211; up to 2 days one way, so the total duration can reach 14 days.<\/p>\n<p> The CCC emphasized that the military serviceman retains his full financial security along with all allowances.
