According to the investigation, the defendants could have earned over 250 million hryvnias through two schemes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This was reported by the National <a href=\"https:\/\/npu.gov.ua\/news\/zarobyly-na-fiktyvnykh-invalidnostiakh-ponad-200-milioniv-hryven-politseiski-vykryly-zlochynnu-skhemu-u-medzakladakh-zaporizhzhia?v=6a0177d650cd7\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Police<\/a> of Ukraine and <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/ruslan_kravchenko_ua\/894\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Prosecutor<\/a> General Ruslan Kravchenko.<\/p>\n<p> According to the National Police, the scheme to register fictitious disabilities involved employees of state and private medical institutions, a former employee of the State Labor Service, and intermediaries. They sought out military conscripts and offered to register a disability group allegedly related to professional activity.<\/p>\n<p> The cost of such &#8220;services&#8221; was 420 thousand hryvnias per person. For this money, the defendants issued fictitious medical documents, organized inpatient treatment and entered false data into the electronic health care system. According to preliminary data, in 2025 alone, about 500 fictitious disabilities could be illegally issued through the scheme.<\/p>\n<p> As part of the investigation, law enforcement officers conducted 45 searches in Zaporizhia, Lviv, and Kyiv regions. During the investigative actions, they seized:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> over 7.3 million hryvnias in various currencies;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> medical seals and stamps;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> medical documentation;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> patient files;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> computer equipment;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> 24 mobile phones;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> rough notes.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> Six participants in the scheme were informed of the suspicion. The court also seized the property of the participants with a total value of over 20 million hryvnias, including 6 cars and 2 real estate properties.<\/p>\n<p> Separately, Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko announced the submission to the court of an indictment against 9 participants in another scheme in Zaporizhia related to the fictitious enrollment of military conscripts in graduate school.<\/p>\n<p> According to the investigation, the organizer of the transaction was the rector of a private university, who involved vice-rectors, postgraduate students, and heads of structural units in the scheme.<\/p>\n<p> The investigation established that admission documents were issued retroactively, and data was entered into the Unified State Electronic Database on Education with violations.<\/p>\n<p> Over the past 2 years, almost 3.5 thousand men of draft age have registered through the scheme, of which about 3 thousand received grounds for deferment from mobilization.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;Education cannot be a cover for trading in deferments. And a diploma or postgraduate status is a tool for evading obligations to the state,&#8221; said Ruslan Kravchenko.<\/p>\n<p> According to him, the scheme brought the organizers over 50 million hryvnias. After the deal was exposed, the Ministry of Education and Science revoked the university&#8217;s license to train postgraduates.<\/p>\n<p> Recall that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/na-volyni-posadovets-ttsk-ta-eksviyskovyy-orhanizuvaly-koruptsiyni-skhemy-dlia-ukhyliantiv-usi-detali-spravy\/\">in the Volyn region, law enforcement officers uncovered two schemes of illegal influence on decisions regarding mobilization and military registration<\/a> .
