The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court will announce a decision on a preventive measure for former head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak tomorrow, May 14. Prosecutors are insisting on keeping him in custody.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This became known from the broadcast of the court session, which was hosted by “Pryamiy”.<\/a><\/p>\n

According to the court clerk, the decision will be announced on May 14 at 9:00 a.m.<\/p>\n

“The reading of the decision will be tomorrow, at 9 a.m.,” they announced during the broadcast.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to apply a preventive measure in the form of detention to Yermak.<\/p>\n

As an alternative, the prosecution is offering bail in the amount of 180 million hryvnias.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, NABU and SAPO have exposed an organized group suspected of legalizing 460 million hryvnias in an elite construction project near Kyiv. The suspicion was reported to one of the participants in the scheme, the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine. The name of the person involved is not officially disclosed. However, according to media reports, it is Andriy Yermak<\/a> .<\/p>\n

It later became known that the Supreme Anti-Corruption Courtdid not choose a preventive measure<\/a> for the former head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak on May 12. Lawyer Igor Fomin asked to postpone the hearing because the defense did not have time to familiarize itself with the case materials.<\/p>\n
