In Kyiv, police reported a 43-year-old woman suspected of opening fire in the courtyard of a residential building and wounding a man. As a result of the incident, a 27-year-old man was hospitalized with injuries to his arm and abdomen.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the National Police of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

The Svyatoshynskyi Police Department received a report from an ambulance doctor about the hospitalization of a man who was found in an apartment on Akademika Korolev Avenue with gunshot wounds.<\/p>\n

According to the investigation, the conflict arose after the man noticed a group of people who were behaving loudly in the courtyard of the apartment building. During the argument, one of the participants took out a gun and fired several shots at the man, after which she left the scene.<\/p>\n

Law enforcement officers identified the suspect and detained her in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. During a search of the woman’s residence, a pistol and ammunition were seized and sent for examination.<\/p>\n

Investigators informed her of suspicion under Part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for liability for hooliganism with the use of weapons.<\/p>\n

The day before, in Khmelnytskyi, patrol officers detained a man who opened fire in the middle of the street<\/a> . The incident occurred on Instytutska Street during patrol.<\/p>\n
