The corresponding memorandum has already been signed, and Kyiv may receive the first tranche as early as June.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/VDombrovskis\/status\/2057022231692112239\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">was announced<\/a> by European Commissioner for Economic Affairs Valdis Dombrovskis.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;We are preparing to make the first payment in June,&#8221; he wrote on social media X.<\/p>\n<p> According to Dombrovskis, financial assistance should support the Ukrainian economy, increase budget revenues, and strengthen the fight against corruption.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;This support and the related reforms will strengthen the economy,&#8221; the European Commissioner noted.<\/p>\n<p> At the same time, in order to receive the funds, Ukraine must fulfill a number of conditions. These include reforms in the field of public finances, control over budget expenditures, and an increase in domestic revenues.<\/p>\n<p> As Dombrovskis explained, these conditions were agreed together with the International Monetary Fund.<\/p>\n<p> The memorandum must now be ratified by the Verkhovna Rada. The European Commission hopes that the parliament will do so soon.<\/p>\n<p> As a reminder, the EU Council adopted amendments to the EU&#8217;s long-term budget, which will allow Ukraine to receive a loan of 90 billion euros in 2026\u20132027. <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/kredyt-na-90-miliardiv-ievro-na-iakykh-umovakh-yes-nadast-koshty-ukrainy\/\">Hungary lifted its veto after the resumption of Russian oil transit through the Druzhba oil pipeline.<\/a><\/p>\n<p> As reported, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/velyka-brytaniia-khoche-doluchytysia-do-kredytu-yes-dlia-ukrainy-na-90-miliardiv-ievro\/\">the UK government plans to begin negotiations on joining the European Union&#8217;s \u20ac90 billion loan program for Ukraine<\/a> .
