War is an era when state institutions must work as a single, perfectly tuned mechanism for protecting national sovereignty.<\/strong><\/p>\n

However, in Ukrainian realities, we are observing a dangerous mutation: the national security apparatus is increasingly being used not to fight an external enemy, but to serve the political survival of specific figures.<\/p>\n

The published report of the Foreign Intelligence Service (FISS) on Russia’s preparation of a “large-scale disinformation campaign” is a classic, textbook example of such institutional degradation. Instead of a dry, factual analysis of military-strategic threats, society was offered a primitive media-technological construct. Its main and only goal is to preventively block any internal criticism, legitimize managerial failures, and protect those involved in corruption or reputational investigations.<\/p>\n

The most effective way to protect an official from the consequences of his own actions is to declare the very fact of discussing these actions a “hostile special operation.” This is not a new method, but it has now reached hypertrophied proportions.<\/p>\n\t\t
