Athens believes the drone could have posed a danger to civilian vessels.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.gr\/politiki\/story\/534636\/o-provlimatismos-tis-athinas-oi-epafes-kai-to-porisma-gia-to-thalassio-drone-sti-lefkada\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">is reported by<\/a> CNN Greece.<\/p>\n<p> Greek Defense Minister Nikos Dendias said that the found drone is allegedly Ukrainian.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;She owes us a very big apology. And in addition to the apology, she must provide an absolute guarantee that something like this will not happen again,&#8221; Dendias said.<\/p>\n<p> According to him, the Greek side has allegedly established the type of drone and its origin. The minister also stated that the drone could have caused a serious disaster if it had collided with a passenger ship.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;If a cruise ship collided with a drone, how many deaths would we mourn?&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n<p> Meanwhile, the Greek Foreign Ministry reported that further diplomatic steps may be taken after receiving official conclusions from the military.
