Russian propaganda is once again spreading a fake about an alleged “proposal by environmentalists” to bury dead Ukrainian soldiers in special biodegradable bags to increase soil fertility.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the Center for Countering Disinformation.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The Central Intelligence Agency noted that the Russian side first launched this fake in 2023, and now propaganda resources are reusing it as part of a new information campaign.<\/p>\n

To do this, the enemy is spreading a falsified story allegedly from the broadcast of the “United News” telethon using the logo of the “1+1” TV channel. <\/p>\n

The Center emphasized that this video is a fake, and the “1+1” TV channel has never published such material.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

As explained by the CPR, Russian propagandists took footage from a viral video about an Italian company that introduced the concept of organic burial back in 2015, and then changed the graphics to blue and yellow.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The Center stated that the goal of such a campaign is to demoralize Ukrainian society and create the impression of the state’s alleged disdain for the memory of fallen soldiers. <\/p>\n
