On Tuesday, May 26, a memorial evening will be held in the heart of Ukraine’s capital for Stepan Kubiv, a member of parliament from the European Solidarity faction and commandant of the Trade Union House during the Revolution of Dignity.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Let’s meet at the Maidan, the Trade Union House, and the National Museum of the Revolution of Dignity \u2022 Maidan Museum<\/a> to remember Stepan Kubiv<\/a> : who he was, how he lived, and what he did for Ukraine. The memorial evening for Stepan Kubiv will begin at 6:00 PM<\/a> . “Let us remember together the Ukrainian politician and public figure, the commandant of the Trade Union House, where the National Resistance Headquarters was located during the Maidan, the First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, and the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, Stepan Kubiv,” the event announcement reads.<\/p>\n

The meeting was moderated by historian and Ukrainian MP Volodymyr Viatrovych. The organizer was the National Museum of the Revolution of Dignity.<\/p>\n
