The Center stated that through emotional messages and exaggerations, they are trying to impose xenophobic sentiments and fears about alleged &#8220;population replacement&#8221; on the Ukrainian audience.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This was reported <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/CenterCounteringDisinformation\/18068\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">by the press service<\/a> of the Central Police Department.<\/p>\n<p> The department noted that in addition to natural public discussion, signs of artificial interference are being recorded in this topic. In particular, it concerns the distribution of generated content through networks of bot accounts on social networks and the distribution of fakes through Russian and pro-Russian Telegram channels.<\/p>\n<p> The Center emphasized that such tactics are typical of Russian disinformation operations. According to the Center, statistics from the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine refute narratives about &#8220;mass importation of labor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p> Thus, in the first 4 months of 2026, 3.2 thousand work permits were issued to foreigners in Ukraine. In 2025, this figure was 9.5 thousand permits, including extended documents.
