According to the contract, the owner of the company, who is also a technical supervision engineer, was to monitor the quality of construction work and compliance with the deadlines for its completion.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"1001\">Despite this, she transferred the unfinished object to the military unit&#8217;s balance sheet and signed the relevant acts, despite the missed deadlines.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1003\" data-end=\"1157\">The investigation found that poor-quality materials were used during construction, making the facility currently unsuitable for use for defense purposes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1159\" data-end=\"1243\">An engineering and technical forensic examination confirmed the inadequate condition of the military facility.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1245\" data-end=\"1467\">Currently, the person involved has been notified of suspicion under Part 2 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (official negligence). She faces up to 5 years in prison.
