A fatal road accident involving a shuttle bus and a passenger car occurred in Boryspil, Kyiv region. One person died and several others were injured as a result of the accident.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported<\/a> to the Kyiv region police.<\/p>\n

The accident occurred on May 27 at around 11:00 a.m. on Kyivskyi Shlyakh Street. Investigators, patrol officers, and medics arrived at the scene of the accident.<\/p>\n

According to preliminary information from law enforcement officers, the driver of the Jeep drove into the oncoming lane, where he collided with a bus. At the time of the accident, there were 17 passengers in the minibus.<\/p>\n

“According to preliminary information, it has been established that the Jeep driver crossed into the oncoming lane and collided with a regular bus,” the police reported.<\/p>\n

The passenger of the car died at the scene due to the strong impact. The driver of the Jeep was taken to the hospital.<\/p>\n

In addition, three bus passengers were injured and were also taken to a medical facility for treatment.<\/p>\n

Following the accident, investigators opened criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – violation of traffic rules, which caused the death of a person or serious bodily injury.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, a 23-year-old Russian citizen will be tried in Kyiv for a fatal road accident in Obolon, which resulted in the death of a 13-year-old girl.<\/a><\/p>\n

As reported, in the village of Hatne, Fastiv district, Kyiv region , an accident occurred involving a Peugeot car and an electric scooter, on which two children were riding<\/a> . As a result of the accident, a 10-year-old boy died, another child was injured and was hospitalized.<\/p>\n
