So I expect that we will be able to open the first cluster in June. And all the other clusters in July,\u201d said Marta Kos.<\/p>\n<p> These are structured negotiations covering 33 chapters of European legislation. They determine the extent to which candidate countries meet EU standards in various areas, from the economy to justice.<\/p>\n<p> The European Commission also notes that Ukraine and Moldova have already carried out a significant part of the necessary reforms, which allows accelerating the process after the formal launch of negotiations.<\/p>\n<p> Separately, Marta Kos commented on the situation with Hungary, which previously blocked Ukraine&#8217;s movement towards the EU. According to her, there are now signs of a change in Budapest&#8217;s position.<\/p>\n<p> \u201cThe elections in Hungary have brought a new dynamic.
