The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published<\/a> operational information as of 10:00 p.m. on May 29 regarding the Russian invasion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In total, 228 combat clashes<\/strong> have occurred since the beginning of this day. The defense forces continue to stop the enemy, destroy personnel and exhaust the combat potential of the occupiers, inflicting systematic fire damage.<\/p>\n

The enemy carried out 63 air strikes, dropped 190 guided bombs. In addition, it engaged 5,508 kamikaze drones for destruction and carried out 1,922 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops.<\/p>\n

In the North Slobozhansk<\/strong> and Kursk<\/strong> directions, the enemy today carried out 47 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops, six of which were carried out using multiple launch rocket systems.<\/p>\n

In the South Slobozhansky<\/strong> direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our units four times in the areas of the settlements of Starytsia, Lyman, and in the direction of Ternova.<\/p>\n

In the Kupyansk<\/strong> direction, the enemy attacked the positions of the Defense Forces four times today in the direction of the settlements of Kivsharivka, Novoplatonivka, and in the area of Borivska Andriivka. Two clashes are currently ongoing.<\/p>\n

In the Lyman<\/strong> direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled seven attempts by the invaders to advance towards Lyman, Drobyshevy, Shykivka, and Ozerny.<\/p>\n

In the Slavyansk<\/strong> direction, the Defense Forces successfully stopped one attempt by the invaders to advance in the area of the settlement of Rai-Oleksandrivka.<\/p>\n

In the Kramatorsk<\/strong> direction, our defenders stopped two enemy attacks in the area of the settlement of Nikyforivka and towards Tykhoniivka.<\/p>\n

The defense forces repelled 11 enemy assaults in the Kostyantynivka<\/strong> direction near the settlements of Kostyantynivka, Ivanopillya, Rusyn Yar, and towards Rozkishne.<\/p>\n

In the Pokrovsk<\/strong> direction, the enemy carried out 44 attacks. The occupiers tried to advance in the areas of the settlements of Rodynske, Novooleksandrivka, Hryshyne, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske and towards the settlements of Vilne, Toretske, Novye Shakhove, Shevchenko. Four clashes are still ongoing.<\/p>\n

According to preliminary estimates, today 36 occupiers were eliminated in this direction and 18 were wounded; three units of automobiles and six units of special enemy equipment, a fuel and ammunition depot, and a UAV control point were destroyed. Ten units of automobiles and four units of special equipment, a multiple launch rocket system, four artillery systems, 66 personnel shelters, and an enemy UAV control point were damaged. 200 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were destroyed or suppressed.<\/p>\n

In the Oleksandrivka<\/strong> direction, our defenders stopped two enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Zelenyy Hai and Zlagoda.<\/p>\n

In the Hulyaipil<\/strong> direction, there were 27 attacks by the invaders in the areas of the settlements of Dobropillya, Zaliznychne, Olenokostyantynivka and towards Novy Zaporizhzhia, Vozdvizhivka, Staroukrainka, Tsvitkivka and Charivne. Five clashes are currently ongoing.<\/p>\n

In the Orikhiv<\/strong> direction, the enemy tried to advance seven times in the areas of the settlements of Shcherbaki and Plavnia.<\/p>\n

In the Dnieper<\/strong> direction, the enemy did not conduct active offensive operations from the beginning of the day.<\/p>\n

There were no significant changes in the situation in other areas.<\/p>\n
