Petro Poroshenko, during a speech at the Black Sea Security Forum, stated that “drone diplomacy” is now a factor that could affect Russia’s ceasefire.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Drone diplomacy is very effective. That is why I am outraged when our government proposes to the Ukrainian parliament to take 40 billion hryvnias from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine from the purchase of Ukrainian drones and transfer them to some populist initiatives.
