This was stated by Advisor to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Serhiy Flesh.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
According to him, Ukrainian intelligence is monitoring all processes that could potentially pose a threat to both Ukraine and European countries.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
“We are detecting activity that could pose a future threat to us or European countries. We have intelligence monitoring the situation as a whole. Our army is prepared for a wide range of scenarios and events. We don’t see any readiness to attack us, say, ‘tomorrow,'” Flesh noted.<\/p>\n

At the same time, he suggested that opening a new front from Belarus could serve the purpose of diverting some Ukrainian forces to an additional direction. Furthermore, Russia could use Belarusian territory as a launch pad for missiles or attack drones.<\/p>\n

The advisor to the Minister of Defense is also convinced that Belarusian society and the army understand the consequences of the current war and are not interested in drawing the country into military action.<\/p>\n

“The people and army of the Republic of Belarus see the current format and the results of the current war for all sides and will not allow themselves to be drawn into this madness. The peoples of Ukraine and Belarus have nothing to divide and nothing to quarrel about,” he emphasized.<\/p>\n
