These concerns include long-term LNG supplies via Baltic infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"481\" data-end=\"598\"> &#8220;An agreement was reached on long-term supplies of liquefied gas through the Klaipeda terminal,&#8221; Sviridenko noted.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"600\" data-end=\"727\"> She explained that gas could be supplied to Ukraine from various international suppliers, including the United States and Middle Eastern countries.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"729\" data-end=\"954\"> &#8220;Liquefied natural gas can be supplied from both American and Middle Eastern producers. Ukraine&#8217;s Naftogaz has already received such shipments. Our agreements will strengthen this channel,&#8221; the Prime Minister emphasized.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"956\" data-end=\"1104\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"> According to her, expanding cooperation in LNG supplies will contribute to strengthening Ukraine&#8217;s energy security and diversifying energy sources.<\/p>\n<p> Earlier, Ukrainian Energy Minister Denys Shmyhal stated that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/skilky-potribno-hroshey-dlia-pidhotovky-enerhosystemy-ukrainy-do-zymy-shmyhal-nazvav-sumu\/\">Ukraine needs at least \u20ac5.4 billion<\/a> to prepare its power grid for winter. At the same time, the system requires an additional 6.5 gigawatts of capacity for stable operation.<\/p>\n<p> As a reminder, Ukraine&#8217;s partners announced the allocation of <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/partnery-vydilyly-ukraini-100-mln-ievro-na-pidhotovku-do-zymy-cherez-enerhetychnyy-ramshtayn\/\">\u20ac100 million for winter preparations<\/a> during the Energy Ramstein meeting. The funds will be channeled through the Energy Support Fund.<\/p>\n<p> Energy Minister Denys Shmyhal subsequently announced <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/pidhotovka-do-zymy-ukraina-vzhe-vidnovyla-1-hvt-enerhetyky\/\">the restoration of 1 GW of power capacity<\/a> in preparation for the next heating season. According to him, the government has set a strategic goal of restoring 6 GW of capacity by the start of the autumn-winter period.
