Russia may intensify attacks on Ukrainian enterprises working on creating missiles and developing new defense technologies.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was stated by<\/a> President Volodymyr Zelenskyy after a report by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, Oleg Ivashchenko.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

According to the head of state, intelligence has received information that the Russian leadership considers Ukrainian companies engaged in missile development as one of the main threats to itself.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This primarily concerns enterprises working on Ukraine’s own ballistic program and ballistic missile defense systems.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

“One of the key areas for further Russian strikes on Ukraine has been chosen to be Ukrainian companies that demonstrate progress in the development of all types of missile technologies,” Zelenskyy said.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The president also said that the GUR provided new data on Russian missile production. Ukrainian intelligence collected information about enterprises, production volumes, supplies of critical components, as well as foreign companies that help Russia circumvent sanctions.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

According to Zelensky, Ukraine is already preparing new steps in response together with international partners. The main goal is to make it more difficult for Russia to produce missiles and increase sanctions pressure. <\/p>\n
