According to the head of state, this period will last until the beginning of winter 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Military analyst Oleksandr Musienko <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Hz5onHsMYVE&#038;t\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">noted<\/a> on the air of &#8220;Pryamoy&#8221; that such forecasts are based on the gradual exhaustion of the aggressor&#8217;s resources and a change of initiative on the contact line.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;Russia began to lose the initiative on the front since December 2025. And therefore it is time to start negotiations,&#8221; he noted.<\/p>\n<p> Potential mediators in the dialogue include the United Kingdom, France and Germany.
