They will be able to enroll in universities without taking entrance exams and will also be eligible for free preparatory courses.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"934\"> The Center for Countering Disinformation emphasizes that the cost of university tuition has simultaneously increased in the country, further complicating access to education for young people.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"936\" data-end=\"1139\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"> The Kremlin has completely converted the higher education system into a war-serving system.
