On the night of Thursday, June 4, a series of explosions thundered in temporarily occupied Crimea. According to preliminary data, military facilities were hit, and traffic on the Crimean railway was partially stopped due to the threat of drone strikes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by the Russian carrier “Grand Service Express”, the Gauleiter of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov, and the Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People Refat Chubarov.<\/p>\n

The Russian company announced restrictions on train traffic.<\/p>\n

“Due to the aviation danger (UAV), the Crimean Railway has suspended the movement of passenger trains on some sections of the track,” the carrier said in a statement.<\/p>\n

It is also noted that passengers were temporarily removed from trains, and trains were delayed for several hours in various directions – both to Crimea and from the peninsula.<\/p>\n

The head of the occupation administration, Sergei Aksyonov, announced a drone attack and damage to facilities in Simferopol.<\/p>\n

“There was an attempted UAV attack, air defense forces were working,” he said.<\/p>\n

At the same time, the head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, Refat Chubarov, reported explosions in several areas of the peninsula at once.<\/p>\n

“It’s very noisy in occupied Crimea tonight. There is information about military facilities being hit in the Simferopol area, in particular near the former Zavodske airport,” Chubarov noted.<\/p>\n

According to him, explosions were also recorded in the Bakhchisaray and Kerch regions. Information about the consequences is being clarified.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, a series of powerful explosions were heard<\/a> in temporarily occupied Mariupol on the night of May 28. After that, a large-scale fire broke out in one of the districts of the city.<\/p>\n

As reported, on the night of Wednesday, May 13, drones attacked an oil station in Bashkortostan. In addition, powerful explosions were heard in temporarily occupied Crimea.<\/a><\/p>\n
