This is necessary to prevent a possible nuclear accident.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"459\" data-end=\"540\">It is known that the 750 kV power line was disconnected two months ago.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"542\" data-end=\"716\">As a result, the Zaporizhzhia NPP is currently powered by only one external power line, which provides electricity to the cooling systems of the six shut-down reactors.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"718\" data-end=\"846\">In recent weeks, the station has repeatedly lost access to this line, forcing the use of emergency diesel generators.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"848\" data-end=\"1087\">In particular, the agency noted that this is the sixth truce that the IAEA has achieved since the end of last year. The agreements were reached through the mediation of Director General <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Rafael Grossi<\/span><\/span> to ensure nuclear safety.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1089\" data-end=\"1310\">Earlier, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/mahate-zafiksuvalo-poshkodzhennia-na-zaporizkiy-aes-shcho-vidomo\/\">&#8220;Pryamiy&#8221; reported that IAEA experts<\/a> discovered damage on the territory of the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia NPP after reports of a drone attack.
