The Security Service of Ukraine<\/span><\/span> has released details of a large-scale operation that targeted the Russian Navy’s 15th Arsenal in the Leningrad Region, the Kronstadt Naval Base<\/span><\/span> , and the Ust-Labinsk Oil Depot in the Krasnodar Region.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n According to the intelligence service, the operation was carried out by members of the Alpha special forces unit in conjunction with the Armed Forces of Ukraine<\/span><\/span> and the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine<\/span><\/span> .<\/p>\n <\/p>\n A massive fire broke out at the Ust-Labinsk oil depot following a series of explosions. According to the SBU, the fire engulfed at least three oil storage tanks. The agency notes that this facility is a key logistics hub, supplying fuel to Russian troops in the southern and eastern directions.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Russian Navy’s 15th Arsenal, which stores missiles and ammunition, was also hit. Following the attack, a fire broke out at the facility, followed by a secondary detonation of the ammunition.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In addition, a fire was recorded in the area of the Kronstadt naval base and the Kronstadt marine plant<\/span><\/span> .<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The SBU emphasized that all affected facilities play a significant role in supporting the Russian Navy’s operations in the Baltic Sea. They are used for ammunition storage, ship repairs, and combat support.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n According to the intelligence agency, the decommissioning of these facilities complicates the logistics of Russian troops, reduces the combat readiness of the fleet, and limits Russia’s capabilities in the Baltic region.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Following a massive drone attack, Russian authorities temporarily closed entry and exit to the city of Kronstadt<\/span><\/span> , home to key naval infrastructure facilities.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Earlier, “Pryamoy” reported that drones attacked several targets in Russia on the night of June 6.
