Despite the very complex nature of the conversation, for the first time I saw a cardinal change, that we can get closer to a common vision of ending the war,&#8221; Poroshenko noted.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1539\" data-end=\"1670\">The fifth president believes that one of the main reasons for this scenario is the weakening of Russia&#8217;s position and Vladimir Putin&#8217;s personally.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1672\" data-end=\"1843\">&#8220;Putin is weak now. His sphere of influence is shrinking. The world increasingly sees that he is unable to guarantee either security or support for his allies,&#8221; Poroshenko said.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1845\" data-end=\"1992\">He also drew attention to the situation on the front, where, according to him, the Russian offensive has slowed significantly, and Russian army losses remain high.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1994\" data-end=\"2155\">Poroshenko separately mentioned the problems of the Russian economy. According to him, despite high oil prices, it is becoming increasingly difficult for Russia to cover the costs of the war.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2157\" data-end=\"2272\">He cited Ukrainian long-range strikes on military and industrial facilities in the Russian rear as another factor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2274\" data-end=\"2366\">At the same time, Poroshenko emphasized that Ukraine and its partners must be prepared for another scenario.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2368\" data-end=\"2588\">&#8220;What will happen if there is no ceasefire? We will have a Plan B. Plan B means more weapons, including long-range ones, and more air defense for Ukraine. More drones. More prices. More sanctions,&#8221; he stressed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2590\" data-end=\"2710\">According to Poroshenko, the key task remains coordination of actions between European and American partners.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2712\" data-end=\"2857\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">&#8220;We have no right to lose these negotiations.
