During the Russian attack on Sumy, debris from a downed drone damaged passenger train No. 143 Sumy – Rakhiv. The incident caused the train to continue its journey with a significant delay.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the company, a Russian drone attacked the territory of the railway station in Sumy. Air defense forces shot down the drone over the station building, but its debris fell on a passenger train.<\/p>\n

As a result, the roof of the last car caught fire.<\/p>\n

Ukrzaliznytsia noted that none of the passengers or train crew members were injured. They were in shelter at the time of the attack.<\/p>\n

After the incident was resolved, the train continued on its route, but the delay was about five hours.<\/p>\n

The company said they are working to minimize the delay in the schedule.<\/p>\n
