International partners plan to provide at least 400 million euros for its implementation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This is reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/news.novyny.live\/shuliak-v-ukrayini-startuie-proiekt-sotsialnogo-zhitla-za-400-mln-ievro-330689.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;News.LIVE&#8221;<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p> Olena Shulyak, Chairwoman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Organization of State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning, said that five Ukrainian communities became participants in the pilot project:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> Zhytomyr;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Kremenchuk;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Kropyvnytskyi;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Nikolaev;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Lviv.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> The largest number of apartments is planned to be built in Lviv, Kropyvnytskyi and Kremenchuk. In each of these cities, the construction of <strong>more than 1,000 apartments<\/strong> is planned.<\/p>\n<p> The project plans to build <strong>300 apartments<\/strong> in Mykolaiv, and <strong>216 apartments<\/strong> in Zhytomyr.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;These are the first communities that will participate in the social housing pilot project with the support of the European Investment Bank,&#8221; Shulyak said.<\/p>\n<p> The financial models of the communities are currently being assessed by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. After this stage is completed, the project will be able to move on to practical implementation.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;All five communities have presented their financial models. They are currently undergoing an appropriate assessment by the Ministry of Finance.
