The upcoming reform of mobilization and territorial recruitment centers will primarily concern citizens who are wanted for violating military registration rules and are not performing military service.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> “Telegraph” with reference to Deputy Minister of Defense Mstislav Banik.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

According to him, in the near future, the Ministry of Defense will present a new stage of reforms in the defense sector, which will cover both the mobilization system and the work of the CCC.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Banik noted that one of the main reasons why some citizens avoid mobilization is fear of uncertainty.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

“Because such a person now sees his prospects as going into mobilization and never coming out – going to combat missions in the infantry and not understanding when such service will end,” the deputy minister explained.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

According to him, the upcoming reform should give people a clearer understanding of what their service will be like and what prospects they will have during a protracted war.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

“This is exactly the answer to these people, who are now receiving new prospects for military service – quite clear and understandable. And this is part of the reform of our mobilization,” Banik said.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

At the same time, the Ministry of Defense emphasizes that all changes are carefully prepared and coordinated with the military command, the government, and the president.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The official also acknowledged that the current format of forced mobilization is causing a negative reaction in society and requires changes.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

“The format of forced mobilization that is currently in society has a very bad effect on us. We will see what it will be like later,” Banik noted.<\/p>\n

The Ministry of Defense has not yet specified what the new mechanism for recruiting troops and the work of the CCC will be. At the same time, they assure that the presentation of the changes will take place in the near future.<\/p>\n

As is known, large-scale changes are being prepared in Ukraine for military personnel<\/a> . The authorities plan to increase payments, introduce new contracts for infantrymen, simplify transfers between units, and expand opportunities for attracting foreign volunteers to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
