Reuters sources claim that the company has stopped operations after the strike. At the same time, one of the production units may be returned to operation in the near future.<\/p>\n

Following the attack, eyewitness videos emerged online showing a massive fire and thick black smoke billowing from the factory. Reuters confirmed the authenticity of the footage.<\/p>\n

Russian emergency services later said the fire had been extinguished and the company’s operations were not affected. However, the agency’s sources deny this information.<\/p>\n

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin confirmed damage to one of the facilities on the company’s territory, but did not provide details.<\/p>\n

Earlier it was reported that on the night of Tuesday, June 16, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Moscow Oil Refinery in the Moscow Region of Russia<\/a> . The Ukrainian military also struck control points, warehouses and facilities of the Russian military-industrial complex.<\/p>\n
