At the same time, half of those surveyed believe that the most likely scenario for the cessation of hostilities is a &#8220;freezing&#8221; of the war along the current front line.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1142\" data-end=\"1315\"> This is evidenced by the results of the survey &#8220;Socio-political sentiments of Ukrainians (June 2026)&#8221;, conducted by New Image Marketing Group together with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dsnews.ua\/ukr\/preview\/461816?hash=2110be84ebed0b70e56f23871b00af05\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;Business Capital&#8221;.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1317\" data-end=\"1553\"> The survey participants were asked whether they would be willing to agree to a complete withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the Donbass region in order to end the war. The results were also compared with a similar survey conducted in March 2026.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1698\"> The largest share of respondents &#8211; 34% &#8211; said they were not at all ready for such a step. In March, 33% of those polled held this opinion.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1700\" data-end=\"1813\"> Another 29% said they were more likely not to agree to the withdrawal of troops, up from 27% in March.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1815\" data-end=\"1969\"> At the same time, 25% of respondents said they were more likely to support this option. This is three percentage points less than in the spring, when 28% believed so.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1971\" data-end=\"2082\"> The share of those who are completely ready to agree to the withdrawal of troops from Donbas remained unchanged &#8211; 12%.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2376\"> The largest number of those categorically not ready for such a decision is among men &#8211; 40% versus 28% among women. By age, the largest share of opponents of the withdrawal of troops is made up of Ukrainians aged 45-54 (40%), followed by respondents aged 55+ (38%), 30-44 (29%), and 18-29 (26%).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2378\" data-end=\"2588\"> By region, the largest number of those who are not ready for such a compromise live in the Center and the North (36%). In Kyiv, as well as in the East and South, this figure is 34%, and in the West &#8211; 30%.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2590\" data-end=\"2912\"> 14% of men and 11% of women fully support the withdrawal of troops. The largest number of supporters of such a decision is among Ukrainians aged 30-44 (16%). By region, the highest figure was recorded in Kyiv, as well as in the East and South \u2014 15%. In the Center and North, such figures are 11%, in the West &#8211; 10%. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2590\" data-end=\"2912\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1407111 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/e6d442d1dee9fde3de8e0fb55c36e0fd-1024x568.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"568\" srcset=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/e6d442d1dee9fde3de8e0fb55c36e0fd-1024x568.png 1024w, https:\/\/prm.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/e6d442d1dee9fde3de8e0fb55c36e0fd-300x166.png 300w, https:\/\/prm.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/e6d442d1dee9fde3de8e0fb55c36e0fd-768x426.png 768w, https:\/\/prm.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/e6d442d1dee9fde3de8e0fb55c36e0fd-650x361.png 650w, https:\/\/prm.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/e6d442d1dee9fde3de8e0fb55c36e0fd.png 1428w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2914\" data-end=\"3050\"> In addition, respondents were asked to choose one of four possible scenarios for the end of the war that they considered the most realistic.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3052\" data-end=\"3484\"> The scenario of &#8220;freezing&#8221; the war along the current front line with the postponement of the issue of de-occupation received the greatest support &#8211; it was chosen by 50% of respondents. This option was supported by 54% of men and 46% of women. The largest number of supporters of this scenario is among Ukrainians aged 45-54 (54%). By region, it received support in Kyiv (52%), the Center and the North (52%), the West (50%), and the East and the South (46%). <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3052\" data-end=\"3484\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1407114 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/96f7274eb0c4d9ccd9e8784cd5c318c2-1024x442.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"442\" srcset=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/96f7274eb0c4d9ccd9e8784cd5c318c2-1024x442.png 1024w, https:\/\/prm.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/96f7274eb0c4d9ccd9e8784cd5c318c2-300x130.png 300w, https:\/\/prm.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/96f7274eb0c4d9ccd9e8784cd5c318c2-768x332.png 768w, https:\/\/prm.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/96f7274eb0c4d9ccd9e8784cd5c318c2-650x281.png 650w, https:\/\/prm.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/96f7274eb0c4d9ccd9e8784cd5c318c2.png 1454w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3486\" data-end=\"3779\"> The second most popular scenario was a complete de-occupation by military means &#8211; it is considered the most likely by 25.5% of respondents. Among women, this option is supported by 28%, among men &#8211; by 23%. The largest number of supporters of this scenario is among Ukrainians aged 55 and older (30%).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3781\" data-end=\"4010\"> The scenario of an immediate end to the war under any conditions was chosen by 13.5% of respondents.
