The winners of the competition will be able to receive up to 250 thousand euros after demonstrating their developments.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This was reported <a href=\"https:\/\/mod.gov.ua\/news\/blokuvannia-aerodromiv-protyvnyka-ukraina-ta-nato-rozpochynaiut-poshuk-rishen?utm_source=mod-telegram&#038;utm_medium=social\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">by the press service<\/a> of the Ministry of Defense.<\/p>\n<p> The goal of the Persistent Airfield Denial competition is to find technological solutions that will allow for long-term limitation of the use of enemy airfield infrastructure and aircraft.<\/p>\n<p> Participants are expected to submit proposals for the destruction of key elements of aviation infrastructure. Solutions should provide autonomous or operator-controlled destruction of:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> airplanes;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> runways;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> fuel and ammunition storage facilities;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> ground support infrastructure.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> Ukrainian manufacturers, miltech companies, startups, and engineering teams with experience in developing and implementing modern technologies are invited to participate in the competition.<\/p>\n<p> For this competition, NATO has increased the prize pool. Winners will receive up to 250,000 euros after demonstrating their solutions.<\/p>\n<p> The deadline for submitting proposals is set for July 20, 2026.
