In 2024, the plant processed 11.6 million tons of oil, producing 2.9 million tons of gasoline and 3.2 million tons of diesel fuel.<\/p>\n<p> As the publication notes, the shutdown of one of the key oil refineries could complicate Russia&#8217;s attempts to overcome the fuel shortage in the domestic market.<\/p>\n<p> Amid the fuel crisis, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said on June 23 that the Russian authorities are considering introducing a ban on the export of diesel fuel.<\/p>\n<p> Recall, on the night of Thursday, June 18, drones attacked a number of facilities in Russia.<a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/bezpilotnyky-atakuvaly-npz-bilia-kremlia-u-moskvi-zdiyniavsia-chornyy-dym\/\">Moscow, Rostov and Belgorod regions were hit<\/a> . After the attacks, fires broke out at several facilities.<\/p>\n<p> It later became known that the second drone strike in a week on the Moscow oil refinery of Gazpromneft <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/moskovskyy-npz-pislia-dvokh-atak-zalyshyvsia-bez-osnovnykh-potuzhnostey-zmi\/\">damaged another key installation of the enterprise<\/a> . After the attack, fires broke out on the territory of the refinery.<\/p>\n<p> As previously reported, on the night of Tuesday, June 16, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/henshtab-pidtverdyv-udar-po-moskovskomu-npz-poshkodzheno-kliuchovu-ustanovku-zavodu\/\">units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Moscow Oil Refinery in the Moscow Region of Russia<\/a> .
