The corresponding decision was made by the regional Defense Council at the request of the military.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Chaus.Viacheslav\/posts\/pfbid08tciDX6hq7bPcPeAQWqCFF5skLXoTE1PsxPfCMXXu2VdvqzjtEQcmJwMkrekix6yl?locale=uk_UA\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">was reported by<\/a> the head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, Vyacheslav Chaus.<\/p>\n<p> This concerns 12 villages in four border communities of the region. The evacuation will affect settlements in the Koryukivska, Horodnyanska, Novgorod-Siverska and Semenivska communities.<\/p>\n<p> In addition, the authorities continued evacuation measures from seven more border villages where they were announced earlier. Some residents have already left, but many people remained and wrote refusals to evacuate.<\/p>\n<p> According to local authorities, about a thousand people currently live in all settlements affected by the decision. Among them are 120 children.<\/p>\n<p> Chaus noted that the evacuation mechanism has already been worked out. Gathering places will be determined for residents, transportation and support will be provided.
