China is planning to open the world’s first hotel next year, where all processes will be carried out without human intervention. The facility will be part of a technological complex on an artificial island created during the construction of a bridge between Shenzhen and Zhongshan.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by the company Pudu Robotics<\/a> .<\/p>\n

The hotel will be located on the West Artificial Island, which is connected by a bridge and tunnel as part of a 24-kilometer transport link between the cities of Shenzhen and Zhongshan in the Pearl River Delta. The project is being implemented by Pudu Robotics in conjunction with Shenzhen Culture & Tourism Industry Development.<\/p>\n

In the new hotel, all functions will be performed by workers. They will provide reception, room service, cleaning, food preparation, luggage delivery, and guest interaction.<\/p>\n

The complex will be launched in stages. The first guests are expected to arrive at the end of 2026, with several rooms featuring robotic service. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2027.<\/p>\n

According to Kong Guo, co-founder and CTO of Pudu Robotics, the partnership will be an important step for the large-scale implementation of physical artificial intelligence in the hospitality business.<\/p>\n

The hotel will operate on the basis of the PuduFM 1.0 physical intelligence model and the PuduAgent system, which will coordinate all processes. Various types of robots will be used to serve guests: FlashBot will be responsible for delivering orders from vending machines, PUDU T300 will carry luggage, PUDU CC1 Pro and PUDU MT1 will perform cleaning, and robots at the reception will recognize gestures and interact with visitors.<\/p>\n

The complex will have 44 luxury rooms, a restaurant, a gym and other guest facilities. All services will be combined under a single intelligent system that will manage processes from guest registration to room cleaning.<\/p>\n
