However, the implementation of the agreements has now been suspended.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1606\"> Polish Minister of National Defense Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz stated that Ukraine had not fulfilled previous agreements on the transfer of technology.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1606\"> &#8220;We presented Ukraine with a clear proposal regarding drones and technologies. Initially, there was an agreement in this area. Today, Ukraine is not fulfilling this agreement,&#8221; the Polish minister said.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1831\" data-end=\"1990\"> According to Kosiniak-Kamysh, the negotiations were also affected by political differences and historical disputes between the two countries.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1992\" data-end=\"2257\"> Since the aircraft will not be transferred to Ukraine, Poland will gradually decommission them. The MiG-29s have been in service with the Polish Air Force since 1989, their service life is almost exhausted, and there are no opportunities for further modernization.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2259\" data-end=\"2572\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"> The Polish Ministry of Defense noted that the fighters will be retired in stages. At the same time, a specific schedule for decommissioning the aircraft has not been disclosed.
