They can only be used for cashless payments for goods and services\u2014withdrawing cash or transferring funds to another card is not possible.<\/p>\n<p> Accumulated cashback can be used to pay for utilities and postal services, purchase medications, Ukrainian-made products, books from domestic publishers, as well as charity or support for the Ukrainian Defense Forces.<\/p>\n<p> All funds must be used by July 31, 2026, inclusive. After this date, any unused balance will be automatically cancelled and returned to the state budget.<\/p>\n<p> Action noted that this payment completes the first stage of the program.
