In particular, funds will be transferred to special accounts via &#8220;Diya.Kartka&#8221;, and compensation for the &#8220;Baby Package&#8221; has also been increased.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/zakon.rada.gov.ua\/laws\/show\/617-2026-%D0%BF#Text\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">was reported<\/a> by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p> The new rules are provided for by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 617. They concern the use of special accounts, payment terms, compensation for the &#8220;Baby Package&#8221; and the conditions for receiving certain types of state assistance.<\/p>\n<p> The main change was the introduction of special accounts with control over the targeted use of funds through the electronic payment instrument &#8220;Diya.Kartka&#8221;. It is to such accounts that the state will transfer payments.<\/p>\n<p> The new order applies to:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> assistance for caring for a child up to 1 year old;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> payments under the &#8220;e-Nursery&#8221; program;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> compensation for the &#8220;Baby Package&#8221;;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> &#8220;Student Package&#8221; assistance.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> At the same time, the conditions for using the funds have not changed. As before, state aid can only be used for its intended purpose.<\/p>\n<p> The government has also increased the amount of monetary compensation for the &#8220;Baby Package&#8221;. It will be 3 subsistence minimums for children under 6 years old. Currently, it is 8,451 hryvnia. In addition, if the child was born not in a maternity hospital, you can apply for compensation within 3 months from the date of birth of the child.<\/p>\n<p> It was previously reported that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/v-ukraini-zminiuiut-systemu-vyplat-na-ditey-shcho-treba-znaty\/\">child benefits in Ukraine are planned to be paid through a single account \u201cDiya.Kartki\u201d<\/a> .
