The funds will be used to support macro-financial stability and finance priority state budget expenditures.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/svyrydenkoy\/2931\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">was announced<\/a> by Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko.<\/p>\n<p> According to Svyrydenko, the funding was the result of agreements that Ukraine and the World Bank signed on June 24 during the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC 2026).<\/p>\n<p> The funds will be used to support macro-financial stability and finance priority state budget expenditures under martial law.<\/p>\n<p> The Prime Minister noted that the financing became possible after Ukraine fulfilled the program&#8217;s conditions. To this end, the government and the Verkhovna Rada adopted 13 laws and 7 subordinate regulatory legal acts.<\/p>\n<p> The changes covered the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> improving the public procurement system;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> development of factoring;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> integration of energy markets with the EU;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> transformation of the agricultural sector;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> support for veteran entrepreneurship;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> development of housing policy;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> modernization of preschool and vocational education;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> restoration of the environmental monitoring system for greenhouse gas emissions.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> Svyrydenko added that the next stage of the program involves raising another $1 billion by the end of 2026 after fulfilling certain conditions.
