Our defenders managed to shoot down most of the targets, but not the ballistic missiles,&#8221; the president noted <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/V_Zelenskiy_official\/19866\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">in his Telegram post<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p>According to him, 11 people, including a child, were injured during the Russian attack overnight. &#8220;Even before the air raid alert was issued, civilian infrastructure was hit. Emergency services are working on the ground: residential buildings, offices, and a theological seminary were damaged in the capital,&#8221; the president wrote.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 1024px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('video');<\/script><![endif]-->\n<video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-1416643-1\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/1.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/1.mp4\">https:\/\/prm.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/1.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p>Zelenskyy emphasized that Ukraine expects the promises regarding support packages for the protection of Ukrainians, agreed upon during the NATO meeting, to be fulfilled. &#8220;We must move as quickly as possible on the agreements regarding licenses for &#8216;petriots,&#8217; as well as the joint European anti-ballistic missile project,&#8221; the president added.<\/p>\n<p>As Pryamyi previously reported, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/en\/six-missiles-hit-the-capital-russians-attacked-kyiv-again\/\">Russia launched ballistic missile attacks on Kyiv<\/a> on the night of July 11. Currently, Ukrainian air defenses are unable to intercept ballistic missiles due to <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/en\/ukraine-asked-40-countries-to-urgently-transfer-patriot-missiles\/\">a shortage of Patriot missiles<\/a>, which are capable of intercepting enemy ballistic missiles.
