The Ministry of Digital Transformation has updated the rules for registering and verifying Starlink terminals for citizens and businesses.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the State Enterprise “Diya” on its website.<\/p>\n

From now on, verification requires a KIT number and UTID or one of these numbers. In addition, new services for removing terminals from the registry and obtaining information about registered devices have become available.<\/p>\n

Legal entities and separate divisions registered in the Unified State Register for more than a year can use the services on the “Diya” portal. Previously, it was enough to be registered for more than one month.<\/p>\n

To register a terminal, you must now provide your KIT number and UTID. If you have a Dish ID and Starlink account number, it is recommended to add them as well.<\/p>\n

Most companies are still limited to 10 Starlink terminals. This restriction does not apply to mission-critical businesses.<\/p>\n

For individuals and sole proprietors, registration is available at ASCs. For verification, you need to prepare a KIT number and UTID. If you have a Dish ID and Starlink account number, you can also indicate them when submitting an application.<\/p>\n

The department noted that from now on, it is necessary to present all terminals being registered. Previously, one device could be registered without physically presenting it.<\/p>\n

Foreigners who have a temporary or permanent residence permit in Ukraine can also apply through the ASC.<\/p>\n

In addition, a new service has been introduced for legal entities – obtaining an extract of registered Starlink terminals. The document will contain information about all the company’s devices.<\/p>\n

You can also verify Starlink not only at ASNs, but also at Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta branches.<\/p>\n

Earlier it was reported that Russia launched the first 16 satellites of its own Rassvet system, which is positioned as an analogue of Starlink.<\/a> According to the assessment of the advisor to the Minister of Defense Sergey “Flash” Beskrestnov, for the stable operation of the network, the Russians need to launch at least 200-250 satellites.<\/p>\n
