Member of Parliament Yaroslav Zheleznyak published an update on possible government personnel changes. According to him, Serhiy Koretsky, CEO of Naftogaz Ukrainy, could become the new Prime Minister of Ukraine.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He wrote about this on his social networks.<\/p>\n

According to the deputy, the following may retain their positions in the new government: First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy Denis Shmygal, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Culture Tatyana Berezhnaya, Minister of Finance Serhiy Marchenko, Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko, Minister of Youth and Sports Matvey Sidnykh, as well as<\/p>\n

At the same time, Zheleznyak noted that, according to one version, the position of Minister of Finance could be given to Marchenko’s current deputy, Olga Zykova.<\/p>\n

According to the MP, the Ministry of Social Policy may be headed by Denis Ulyutin or Daria Marchak, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs by Vitaly Kim, and the Ministry of Education and Science by Andriy Butenko.<\/p>\n

Zheleznyak also said that the option of splitting the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development into two separate agencies with new heads is being considered. Among the possible appointments, he named Denis Maslov as Minister of Justice and Oksana Ferchuk as head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation.<\/p>\n

The MP added that the main intrigue remains the future of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov and Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko, who could either retain their current positions or move to other ones.<\/p>\n

According to Zelensky, Koretsky should head the Cabinet of Ministers because he is the best prepared person.<\/b><\/p>\n

“If we’re entering winter, we must prepare. We’ve been preparing for a long time, but the priorities are clear: preparing for winter,” the president said.<\/p>\n

He added that Koretsky will hold a meeting with the Servant of the People faction today, where he will discuss the details.<\/p>\n

As reported, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced a change in the country’s political strategy and personnel changes in the government and law enforcement agencies<\/a> . According to him, the changes should ensure the implementation of new domestic and foreign policy priorities.<\/p>\n

It should be added that following the resignation of Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, a new head of government has not yet been officially selected. According to MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak, four potential candidates for the prime minister’s position are currently being considered.<\/a><\/p>\n
