{"id":1418089,"date":"2026-07-15T23:01:40","date_gmt":"2026-07-15T20:01:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prm.ua\/?p=1418089"},"modified":"2026-07-15T23:01:40","modified_gmt":"2026-07-15T20:01:40","slug":"the-cabinet-of-ministers-has-allocated-uah-40-billion-to-prepare-ukraine-for-winter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prm.ua\/en\/the-cabinet-of-ministers-has-allocated-uah-40-billion-to-prepare-ukraine-for-winter\/","title":{"rendered":"The Cabinet of Ministers has allocated UAH 40 billion to prepare Ukraine for winter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"122\" data-end=\"306\"><strong data-start=\"122\" data-end=\"306\">At the final meeting of the current Cabinet of Ministers, the mechanism for using UAH 40 billion to prepare the country for the next heating season within the framework of the Resilience Plans was approved.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"308\" data-end=\"369\">This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/yulia.svyrydenko\/posts\/pfbid0pXq2asSkJS7X3zxferdLMWTtKLboCSqgEDjtygAbGnhXjjw5UQiZwNPBCR9ja6GEl?locale=uk_UA\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">was announced<\/a> by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"371\" data-end=\"603\">According to her, the Verkhovna Rada provided the corresponding funds in the state budget back in June. In total, UAH 67.8 billion from the state budget and another UAH 9.6 billion from local budgets have already been allocated for the implementation of the Resilience Plans.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"605\" data-end=\"951\">Svyridenko noted that the government has been developing these plans together with the regions since March in implementation of the decision of the National Security and Defense Council. Their main goal is to prepare critical infrastructure for the next heating season and ensure the uninterrupted operation of heat, water, and electricity supply systems even in the face of constant Russian attacks.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"953\" data-end=\"1291\">According to the Prime Minister, the allocated funds will be used to protect critical infrastructure facilities, develop distributed generation and backup power sources, ensure uninterrupted water supply and drainage, increase the stability of heat supply systems, and modernize energy networks and utility infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1433\">Svyrydenko emphasized that the implementation of Resilience Plans remains one of the key areas of the government&#8217;s work and continues in all regions of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1435\" data-end=\"1615\">It was previously reported that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/kabmin-pishov-u-vidstavku-verkhovna-rada-zvilnyla-yuliiu-svyrydenko\/\">the Verkhovna Rada on July 14 supported the resignation of Prime Minister Yulia Svyridenko<\/a> .
