On the night of July 17, the temporarily occupied Kerch came under a massive drone attack. Explosions rang out in the city for several hours, followed by large-scale fires. According to monitoring resources, warehouses, an oil depot, a railway station, and energy infrastructure facilities could have been hit.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is reported by the monitoring groups “Crimean Wind”, Exilenova+ and the NASA FIRMS satellite system.<\/p>\n

It is noted that the official occupation authorities of Crimea have not yet commented on the scale of possible destruction.<\/p>\n

According to monitoring resources, the first reports of severe fires in the area of the Kerch railway station began to arrive around 1 a.m. NASA FIRMS satellite images also recorded several fire centers in the territory of the railway station. <\/p>\n

“According to preliminary data, warehouses are on fire, probably the Kerch oil depot, as well as railway trains that were on the tracks,” the authors of the Crimean Wind monitoring channel reported. <\/p>\n

In addition, there are reports of a possible damage to the Kerchenska 110\/35\/6 kV electrical substation, which is located near the fire sites. <\/p>\n

Fires after the night attack were also recorded in the area of the village of Shchebetovka near Koktebel. According to satellite data, the fires broke out near the Koktebel electrical substation and the local pumping station.<\/p>\n

As of now, only the fact of fires recorded by satellites and monitoring resources has been confirmed. There is no information about victims or official confirmation of the extent of damage from the occupation authorities.<\/p>\n

Nagaradayom, on the night of Thursday, July 16, a series of explosions were heard in the temporarily occupied Crimea. Drones attacked Kerch, Simferopol, Bakhchisarai district and Feodosia<\/a> . Amid the attack, the Russians temporarily blocked traffic on the Crimean Bridge.<\/p>\n
