The attack killed 10 people, including a pilot from the Delta Pilot branch of the Ukrainian State Maritime Administration.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/ampu_uspa\/581\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">was reported by<\/a> the Ukrainian Sea Ports Administration (USPA).<\/p>\n<p> According to the USPA, the day before, Russian troops struck a merchant ship under the flag of Guinea-Bissau, which was leaving a Ukrainian port after loading corn.<\/p>\n<p> There were 17 crew members on board &#8211; citizens of Syria and India, as well as a pilot from the Delta Pilot branch of the USPA State Enterprise.<\/p>\n<p> The search and rescue operation lasted all night. The fire on the ship was contained, and 8 crew members were rescued and brought to shore.<\/p>\n<p> The USPA reported that 10 people died as a result of the attack, including a pilot of a state-owned enterprise.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;We express our sincere condolences to the families and loved ones of the deceased. We strongly condemn another war crime by Russia, directed against civilian shipping, international trade, and freedom of navigation,&#8221; the institution said.<\/p>\n<p> It was previously reported that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/rosiia-atakuvala-raketamy-tsyvilne-sudno-u-chornomu-mori-zahynuly-p-iat-liudey-shche-p-iatero-znykly-bezvisty\/\">Russian forces launched a missile strike on the civilian dry cargo ship GOLDEN LEO<\/a> , which was carrying grain and was leaving the combat zone.
