Russia may try to stage a new provocation against NATO countries by using drones with Ukrainian markings.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is reported by<\/a> RMF24 with reference to the Minister of National Defense of Poland, Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

According to him, the Russian military could launch a swarm of drones over Poland, the Baltic countries, Finland, or Romania, and then try to shift responsibility to Ukraine.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The minister stressed that such a scenario is quite possible, as Russia has used similar methods more than once. That is why the Polish authorities warn about such risks in advance.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The committee meeting also discussed other hybrid attacks by Russia, including GPS jamming, cyberattacks, sabotage, and information campaigns.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Kosiniak-Kamysh called on Poles to be critical of information online and check its sources so as not to become a tool of Russian propaganda.<\/p>\n

Jacek Dobrzynski, a spokesman for the Polish Minister-Coordinator of Special Services, added that Russian special services often try to involve Ukrainians, especially young people, in sabotage. He gave the example of an 18-year-old Ukrainian citizen, against whom Polish law enforcement officers have brought 47 charges in cases related to sabotage and sabotage.<\/p>\n

The meeting participants paid special attention to the situation in Ukraine. According to Kosiniak-Kamysz, the Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Army reported that in the last week alone, Russian troops have carried out 904 combat attacks against Ukrainian forces.<\/p>\n

The Polish Defense Minister also said that the latest Russian strikes with cruise and ballistic missiles were the most extensive since the start of the full-scale invasion. In his opinion, this once again proves that support for Ukraine from partners remains critically important. <\/p>\n

As a reminder, military exercises will be held in Poland starting July 20<\/a> , with sirens sounding throughout the country due to a nationwide training alert.<\/p>\n
