In the Ulyanovsk region, a large-scale fire broke out on the territory of a company after explosions, and in Voronezh there are reports of a new attack on logistics infrastructure. The Russian authorities have not yet officially commented on the consequences of the strikes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This is reported by Russian Telegram channels and OSINT communities.<\/p>\n<p> According to preliminary data, drones may have hit the liquefied gas base of the NS-Oil enterprise in the village of Novospasske in the Ulyanovsk region. Videos and photos have appeared on the Internet, showing a large-scale fire and thick black smoke. However, there is currently no official confirmation that this particular facility was hit.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 960px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('video');<\/script><![endif]-->\n<video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-1420723-1\" width=\"960\" height=\"1280\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/original-6.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/original-6.mp4\">https:\/\/prm.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/original-6.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p> Before the attack, at around 3 a.m., an air alert was declared in the region due to the threat of drones. The Ulyanovsk airport also implemented the &#8220;Carpet&#8221; plan, which involves temporary flight restrictions.<\/p>\n<p> Meanwhile, the massive drone attack continued in Voronezh. According to monitoring channels, a series of explosions were heard in the city, and one of the possible targets could have been the Wildberries logistics center.<\/p>\n<p> It is noted that after previous attacks, the company has already changed the operating mode of individual warehouses and stopped night operations at some facilities. In the last week alone, drones have twice attacked Wildberries warehouses in Krasnodar and Nevinnomyssk, and earlier, logistics centers in Elektrostal and Kotovsk were also hit.<\/p>\n<p> As a reminder, on the night of Wednesday, July 22, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/rosiiu-atakuvaly-drony-pislia-desiatkiv-vybukhiv-spalakhnuly-sklady-wildberries\/\">drones attacked the Russian Krasnodar and Stavropol Krai.<\/a> After the explosions, large Wildberries logistics centers in Krasnodar and Nevinnomyssk caught fire.
