Now, the path to the army has been officially opened to those convicted of serious crimes.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1099\" data-end=\"1328\"> According to the CPD, the first to introduce such a practice was the private military company Wagner, led by Yevgeny Prigozhin.
