As of 09:30 on July 28, it was 6% higher than at the same time the previous day. Ukrenergo explained that due to the low efficiency of household solar power plants, Ukrainians consume more electricity from the general network.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"1108\">In this regard, energy experts recommend using powerful electrical appliances during the most efficient operation of solar power plants &#8211; from 11:00 to 15:00, and also call for rational consumption of electricity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1110\" data-end=\"1387\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">In addition, due to the bad weather, 228 settlements in the Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Kyiv and Poltava regions were completely or partially without power this morning.
