The main topics of the event were the restoration of peace and Ukraine&#8217;s leadership.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This was reported <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/Ukraine_MFA\/9778\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">by the press service<\/a> of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.<\/p>\n<p> Before the start of the working sessions, the participants of the Meeting of Ambassadors visited the site of the Russian strike in Lukyanivka and honored the memory of the fallen defenders of Ukraine on Independence Square. The event was also attended by this year&#8217;s guest of honor, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Moldova, Mihai Popsoi.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;It is extremely important for every Ukrainian ambassador to see with their own eyes the consequences of Russian aggression and to be a strong voice for Ukraine in every capital and in every headquarters,&#8221; said Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga.<\/p>\n<p> According to him, the main theme of the 2026 Meeting of Ambassadors was the restoration of peace and Ukraine&#8217;s leadership.
