The frontman of the Russian band “Nogu Svelo!”, Max Pokrovsky, arrived in Kyiv for the first time in over 15 years. On the very first night, the musician survived a massive Russian attack using missiles and drones.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He announced<\/a> this on his social media.<\/p>\n

On the morning of August 5, Pokrovsky published a video in which he said that this was his first morning in Kyiv in many years.<\/p>\n

“This is my first morning in Kyiv in 15 years, maybe more. Yesterday was the first night, and it wasn’t calm. There was a very serious attack with ballistic missiles and drones,” the musician said.<\/p>\n

He recorded the second part of the video during the air raid. The video shows a siren, and after the explosions, Pokrovsky and his companion descend to the shelter.<\/p>\n

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Max Pokrovsky has openly condemned Russian aggression and supported Ukraine. Together with the band “Nogu Svelo!”, he has released a number of songs and videos in support of Ukrainians, and also regularly participates in actions with the Ukrainian flag in the United States, where he currently lives. <\/p>\n
